If you paid and nothing came
- Also check your spam folder: the email comes with attached files (the report and, if applicable, the invoice).
- The report remains accessible on the order page if you still have the link.
- If the generation failed on our side, the amount is returned automatically, without asking, and the transaction fee is borne by us, within the limit of 5 EUR.
