Early deletion or anonymization

The data deletes itself anyway, within the terms below. If you don't want to wait, ask here.

Which gets deleted anyway, without asking

  • File PDF loaded - in the same application in which it was read. It never gets to be stored.
  • Names of analytical accounts (customers, suppliers, employees) - immediately after calculating the indicators, before payment.
  • Aggregated analysis values - at 24 hours after delivery, with an absolute ceiling of 72 hours.
  • PDF of report delivered - after 7 days.

Only the invoice and the SHA-256 imprint of the delivered report remain permanently. First, because tax legislation requires it. Second, because it's a checksum, not a content: it proves what we delivered to you without keeping what was written inside.

Without it we cannot link the request to a specific order or confirm your resolution.
The 32 characters after /command/. With it, we solve the request immediately, without asking you for clarification.
